Intercultural management training

HiConnect has designed intercultural management support programs to assist the expat manager in understanding French labour legislation and French culture in the workplace.

  • Weekly individual coaching sessions : a HiConnect consultant will guide the expat manager through his/her first weeks of management and assist them in combining their own managerial skills and approach with French management techniques
  • Individual or group training course : HiConnect will provide training on the necessary basics of French labor legislation and a comprehensive view of French culture in the workplace
